These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of EilaGirl ("we", "our", "the app"), a women's health app for PCOS and perimenopause management. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Not medical advice

EilaGirl is a tracking and information tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare professional. Predictions (e.g. cycle or symptom forecasts) are estimates based on the data you log and may be inaccurate. Always consult a doctor for medical concerns, and seek emergency care for urgent symptoms.

2. Eligibility

EilaGirl is intended for users aged 16 and over. By using the app, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you choose to log.
• You may use Anonymous Mode if you prefer not to tie logged data to an identified account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access another user's data or account without authorization
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the app's normal operation
• Use the app to harass, harm, or impersonate others

5. Your data

You own the health data you log in EilaGirl. Our Privacy Policy explains how it's stored, used, and protected, and our Data Deletion Policy explains how to remove it.

6. Subscriptions and payments

If EilaGirl offers paid features or subscriptions, pricing and billing terms will be shown at the point of purchase and are handled through the applicable app store (Google Play / Apple App Store), subject to that store's own terms.

7. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that cycle, symptom, or fertility predictions will be accurate.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EilaGirl and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including decisions made based on predictions or logged data.

9. Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time via the in-app Privacy Center. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
